Check-In Time: Anytime after 3pm. Guests may arrive as late in the evening as they need.
Check-Out Time : Anytime before 10am.
🚫 What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made between 8-14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will not receive a refund. No refunds will be given after your reservation start date.
🐶 Are dogs allowed?
Yes! Leashed dogs are allowed on almost all areas of our property. Before booking, please check your specific listing of interest to ensure it is dog friendly and read our full waiver terms. There is a $25 fee per unit a pet will be in. Please include your pet(s) in your number of guests so this is calculated prior to reservation completion.
🔥 Do you sell firewood?
Yes, we sell firewood, charcoal and ice for your convenience.
🧺 Do I need to bring my own bed linens and towels?
Yes. These are not included with your booking, though can be rented if needed.
❄️ Do cabins have air conditioning?
All cabins have window air-conditioning units that can be connected for a fee of $25 for standard cabins and $50 for our Grandview House and Apartment.
⛺️ How many tents can I put on a tent site?
We allow 2 tents and a max of 6 guests per tent site.
🔌 Do your tent sites have electric hookups?
No, but our RV sites do and you are welcome to book one of those and put up to 2 tents and 8 people per site.
🐴 How do I book Horseback Riding?
Saddle Up with Jim Thorpe Horse Adventures! They offer trail rides directly from our property. Rides can be booked on their site

All cabin rentals will include:
